A total of 17 supplementary entries have been received for the five graded races to be run on All Stars Day at Clairwood Racecourse in Durban on Saturday, 30 July.

The entries for the R500 000 Grade 1 Champions Cup have been increased to 32 with the inclusion of African Lion, Delaware Park, Tamarino Bay and Tyson.

Trainer Geoff Woodruff has stated his intention to withdraw Eventuail which leaves an entry for this race of 31.

There have been an additional five entries for the R500 000 Grade 1 Premier’s Champion Stakes and a further four for the R350 000 Grade 1 Thekwini Fillies Stakes.

Anti-Freeze, Carnoustie, Eyeofthetiger, Glorious Party and Jolly James are supplementary entries for the colts race and Belle Of Choice, Heard A Whisper, Icy Thunder and Kalaforte have been entered for the fillies race.

The additional entries for the R125 000 Grade 3 Gold Circle Derby are Chief Whip, Dollarmation, Majestic Double and Mariner.

Once Eventuail has been withdrawn, the entries for the five feature events on the day will total a massive 161 horses.
