A half-brother to Super Singer (A.P. Indy) and recent Gr3 heroine Magnificent Song (Unbridled's Song) sold for $550,000 during the second session of Fasig Tipton's selected yearling sale.

The colt, by Mr Greeley, was purchased by Demi O'Byrne.

The sale topper is a daughter of Belmont Stakes winner Empire Maker, whose first crop are yearlings. The filly, purchased for $1.6 million, is out of stakes winning mare Sluice (Seeking The Gold). Her granddam, Lakeway, won the Santa Anita Oaks. A filly from the first crop of superbly bred Horse of the Year Mineshaft (A P Indy) fetched $1.45 million. She is from the family of A P Indy himself, as well as South African sires Al Mufti, Houston Connection, Wolfhound and the exciting Tiger Ridge.
