Former Cape Derby winner Grande Jete is set for a comeback at Cheltenham next week.

The Jallad gelding, now nine, has been entered in the Vincent O'Brien County Handicap Hurdle (Gp2).

The race, to be run over two miles and one furlong, is the last race of the Cheltenham festival.

Grande Jete, trained by Nicky Henderson, has not run in over ten months and faces stiff opposition in the race. Despite this he is currently third favourite. Cheltenham itself begins on Tuesday with the highlight, the Gold Cup, being held on Friday.
