Charles Laird purchased a Redoute's Choice- Deja Slew colt for $3 million at today's session of Australia's Easter Yearling Sale. The colt is from the family of Green Dancer and Alhaarth. The bidding began with a bid of $1 million.

In South African currency the colt cost a cool R15 million.
