STAKES INCREASE

Owners of horses racing in the Western Cape will have about R3-million more in stakes to race for. Gold Circle is pleased to announce that the stakes for races in the Western Cape have been increased, with immediate effect, by an average of 7.57 % across the board.

In terms of increased allocations, the minor races are the biggest beneficiaries with Maiden Juvenile Plates, Maiden Plates and Claiming Stakes races all being increased by 9,09 percent.

This increase follows the 5 percent stake increase announced in April.
