The champion son of champion sire Silvano had winners at all of Fairview, Hollywoodbets Durbanville, Hollywoodbets Scottsville and Turffontein this weekend.
In addition, Hawwaam’s two-year-old son Just Carter ran third in Friday’s Listed Dahlia Plate, with another two-year-old by Hawwaam, Black Nightshade, running a close up fourth in Saturday’s Listed Irridescence Stakes.
Hawwaam’s first success this past weekend came when his daughter Gorgeous Cape won at Fairview on Friday.
Trained by Juan Nel, the three-year-old made a mockery of her 33-1 starting price when she won the Sovereign Foods Classified Stakes (1200m).
Under Chad Little, Gorgeous Cape made all to win by a length and three quarters.

The Dianne Stenger trained Highwayman Harry got off the mark in style when downing a pair of well bred first timers to claim the Play Soccer 6,10 And 13 Maiden Plate (1160m).
Under an inform Mickaelle Michel, the gelded three-year-old pulled clear in the closing stages to score by a length and a half.
